Many worlds
When looking through the many worlds of Otherwhere, it's natural to be confused. Here’s all you need to know. There are six worlds (you can learn more on the Worlds page). The worlds are connected through portals which allow intrepid travellers to go between. The worlds towards the top of the stack, which are closer to Otherwhere, are more dangerous and often uninhabited.
The Projects
To Otherwhere - A novel. The untethering is pulling the six worlds apart, causing magic to loosen and fray. As gods rise to claim new territory, there is a cosmic battle for the very integrity of life and magic.
Furtherwood - An album. Exploring the frailty of summer magic and the fleeting moments of growing up, this concept album has the melodic and lyrical beauty which has gained Mhairi’s earlier work critical acclaim.
Heistwater - A novel. A musical. What happens when a group of pirates find a deep sea portal to a kingdom of carnivorous mermaids? I’ll tell you it’s nothing good.
